Booking and Payment Policy
Please Note: All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.The Cottage and Loft have a minimum two night stay extended to three nights for long weekends.
Payment Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable upon arrival. We require a deposit to the value of 50% of your stay. Payments are non-refundable unless the property is re-let for the dates booked. If the property is re-let ,there is a cancellation fee of 20%. No refund can be made for cancellation on or after arrival date or if vacating early. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%. You can pay online using PayPal here.
